A Synopsis of My Book Garden of My Thoughts

I believe the direction God lead me with my writing was to show others who He is, all the He does and all that we have in Him if we just put our trust in Him. It will also shed light on the consequences of our will verses His. It sheds light on His love for us and the plans He has for our life if we walk by Faith and in truth.

Life is indeed a faith walk with it's unpredictable day by day happenings. Life can change in an instant and for some there is no tomorrow. We have to seek God now while we still have a chance to be redeemed.

It's so easy if not careful to get caught up in the world especially through the avenue of social media. It definitely has its pros and cons. It is basically what you do with it and what you use it for. Be careful with those search engines. Yes, you can search just about any and everything but some things are false and some things are true on the online.

God loves us and He desires a relationship with us, in order for us to have one with Him we have to get to know Him. How can we do this if our minds are glued to social media and other things are consuming our time to the point that there is little to no time for God? We have to want to know and make the time to seek and fellowship with Him.

Truthfully, nothing should be more important than getting to know the one who gave His life so we could live, the one who provides for us and watches over and keeps us. Our gratitude should be through the roof and we should strive to live a life that is pleasing to Him. Prayer should not just be entertained when we want something or we have hit a stumbling block in life. Prayer and thanks should be a part of everyday life not just when things are going good but also when things are not going well. Yes, God is our help in present times of trouble absolutely because He is the way maker, the fixer, the healer, our rescuer. Just remember to praise Him in good times and bad. Trouble don't last always and while it remains present God will help you get through and past it.

In Garden of my thoughts I touch a lot on the subject of Love, God's love. His love should be our motivation to want to do right and treat others right. It should motivate us to be forgiving and compassionate realizing what state of mind, body and soul would we be in without God's forgiveness, Mercy and Grace.

Garden of my Thoughts is divided up into six subjects. As you read the messages under each subject it will help give you a more clear understanding of God and the result of our choices. You will also be encouraged to fight the good fight. It will explain to you where Love resides and that we are never alone. God is near and He is constantly trying to reach and teach us through His Holy word. It will help us understand some of the things happening in the world and for us not to be afraid but to stay watchful.

Chapter 1- is about Love

Chapter 2- What is God trying to tell us?

Chapter 3- Don't be deceived by the enemy.

Chapter 4- Be encouraged.

Chapter 5- Think on these things.

Chapter 6- He is Savior, He is Lord, He is God.

It is ninety-two pages of food for thought and for the soul. It sheds light on the love God has for us and that hope and help is found in God. In order for you to grasp the full understanding of hope and love we must trust God. Give Him all your cares and worries. Even in your state of perhaps not understanding some things written in His word pray and ask God for clarity. He knows what He is doing and He knows what is best for us. He doesn't want us to just quote we can do all things through Him, He wants us to believe it and operate in it. There are so many promises of God in scripture and He is not a man that He should lie, if He said it, He will surely do it. Remember we have to do our part too, this is where faith comes in.

I hope you will read Garden of my Thoughts and be encouraged,  renewed, and feel the love of God more in your heart and spirit afterwards. We have to be seekers of truth and walk in truth: God's truth which is found in His Holy Word. We have to view everything from within as well. We can hear man speak but we must measure what he speaks about to see if it matches what God says.
